Product Features
1. This 3D H-beam drilling and cutting machine is predominantly made up of the main machine frame, CNC feeding system, material conveyor, electrical system, hydraulic system, cooling system, lubrication system, waste container, and other associated components. With a fixed bed design and a movable workpiece arrangement, the machine is perfectly suited for processing large H-beams. It facilitates continuous production operations and is renowned for its high degree of automation.
2. The drilling machine structure consists of the bed, CNC sliding table assemblies, support mechanisms, upper pressing units, side pressing units, and detection systems. The CNC sliding table assemblies include the fixed side, movable side, and the upper-unit CNC sliding table. Specifically engineered for H-beam drilling applications, the sliding table components comprise a sliding plate, sliding table base, spindle headstock, high-speed mechanical spindle, tool cylinder, variable-frequency motor, servo motor, linear guides, and lead screws.
3. The CNC feeding system is composed of brackets, gears, racks, servo motors, reducers, and manipulators. The servo motor drives the manipulator, enabling the movement of the H-beam along the X-axis, ensuring accurate feeding and precise positioning of the workpiece.
4. The material conveyor includes both an in-feed conveyor and an out-feed conveyor. The in-feed conveyor consists of conveyor brackets, support rollers, and side-pushing mechanisms, all designed to transport profiled steel blanks, achieve Y-axis positioning of the blanks, and operate in coordination with the CNC feeding system to facilitate the material feeding process. The out-feed conveyor, made up of material channel brackets and support rollers, is specifically intended for transporting finished workpieces.
5. The cooling system employs both internal and external cooling techniques, utilizing oil mist to cool the borehole. This method offers several benefits, including reduced coolant consumption, which enhances cost efficiency, supports environmental sustainability, and minimizes wear on the drill bit.
6. The hydraulic system delivers power to the upper pressing unit, side pressing unit, tool cylinder, and other related components.
7. The pneumatic system is engineered to provide power to the manipulator, testing cylinder, and other similar equipment.
8. The lubrication system incorporates both centralized and manual lubrication methods. Centralized lubrication is primarily employed for the timely and precise lubrication of the main linear guides and lead screws.
9. The machine tool's control system is composed of a host computer, PLC, and other associated components. Programming Method: Processing programs are created by inputting CAD drawings or processing parameters through a USB interface or keyboard. These programs can be stored, retrieved, displayed, and transmitted at any time using part numbers. The machine tool facilitates manual adjustment and control of individual processing parameters while also supporting fully automated control of the entire processing sequence.
